Our 2nd firehouse trip to Skirmish took place in April 2007. Active, Retired Members and kids were all on hand bringing home plenty of welts and bruises. |

| In March 2007 E-167 / L87 became the first south shore team to win the Margiotta / Fiore S.I. FDNY Basketball League. They were only the 6th different team to win the league since the league began in 1990 and they had to beat the last 3 defending champs to take home the title. A very impressive feat. |

A friendly exhibition game between 167/87 and 165/85 was played in Nov 2006 at the beautiful new football field at Monsignor Farrell HS. |

| A few of the members ran in the 2006 Tunnel to Towers Run honoring FF Stephen Siller. |

The first annual Mike Sofia Golf Outing was held in Sept 2006 at Latourette Golf Course. Members from all over the city gathered for a great day to remember a great guy.

| Over 30 members attended our Fire and Ice throwback 'Day at the Races' trip in Aug 2006. History repeated itself as many of the members shared success on the same horse. |

| Members traveled to Philadelphia to cheer on the NY Mets from the sky box at Citizens Bank Ballpark. |
